JMW, a leadership and breakthrough performance company, runs a three day transformational productivity course called Mission Control. The course is a very successful offering for JMW with relatively flat sales growth. Ncite was asked to help JMW explore if a digital version of the course would help them scale their audience by giving users the ability to engage in the course materials in their free time.
Knowing that a three day digital course we unlikely to achieve high engagement, we designed a new learning approach to the material in the course. The new approach is to think of the pain points that a course participant most cares about and then create course flows that a digital course user can get a solution to their issue in ten to twenty minutes. We shifted the business case from a high one time course fee to a monthly subscription model. We partnered with Storyworks to invent a new name and brand and helped to bring WorkWise into the world
